Radion Gen 3Pro night light

I just installed 2 Radion Pro's this weekend and am having trouble getting them to keep a very low (5%) royal blue on during the night time schedule. I'm using one of the stock templates and was hoping it would keep some low lighting on for night time viewing. The tank is dark at the start of the last day time marker. Is there a special way to set up night time mark points?

Here is my current program.

Is there a better starting point for me to use. I replaced a 2X250 DE/MH w/ 2X54W T5's. My tank is SPS dominant in the top with lots of LPS and softies on the bottom. It is 30" deep with the Radions 10" above the water. I was told to run them no higher than 35% for the first couple weeks. I have them set at 50% max since the corals were used to high lighting. Please advise as I have no experience with LED's and don't want to burn anything.
Thanks in advance. JP

jporter,

I would recommend performing a calibration on your Radions. To do this select the the "Wrench" icon below the 1st light then "Calibrate."

When you start calibration The light goes completely dark. The you'll see a window that has all the colors side by side.
It then goes through the colors one by one asking you if the light is on or off and adjusting the brightness according to your answer.
Thats IF the process works like its supposed to

Spoke with Rob at Ecotech and I'm all set now. JP

Lights back off again tonight. Wasn't in at 1930 to watch last transition point and wondering if it has to do with lunar cycle. Really want 5% royal blues during the night time for viewing.

Jporter,

I would recommend increasing the brightness on your royal blue some and lowering your overall brightness to match. That should solve the issue.

Here is my current graph after working with Rob and turning off the lunar cycle. I will try bumping up the royal blue LED's but was hoping for a very subtle light for night viewing. JP

I'm really liking these lights and anxious to see what the corals will look like in a couple months. Thanks for all the help.

I am curious what the resolution to this problem was?? I like just having a lunar period in the night, and currently I have some lights on even though my schedule ends at 7:30.

This is a gen 3 pro upgraded from gen 1.

I also did calibrate the light already
