Radion not working

Sometime in the afternoon I came home to one of my Radion Gen2's not working. I unplugged the ballast and plugged it back in and it still didn't work. Also tried unplugging the light from the ballast which after reconnecting it, the unit would turn on for about a second and cut back off. Lastly I tried reprograming the lights via the computer and it still sensed the light is there which tells me the guts are still working just something is not allowing it to turn on. I tried calling Radion but it looks like they are closed on the weekend so I wont be able to get a hold of them till Monday. Any ideas? anyone else had this happen to them? Thanks in advance.

It is not if the radion I not connected to the PC. If I connect it via USB the light is on. Does that mean anything?

I had to send my Radion in to be fixed a few weeks ago when the light stopped working.
At the time, the led light on top of the unit did not come on, at all.
Call them tomorrow.

I have the same issue. One of my lights doesn't work, tried a different ballast and it still didn't work. Going to trouble shoot it more in the A.M. Also during night mode one of my lights has it's red LED's flashing. I feel like sending them all to ETM to have them trouble shoot the whole set-up. Maybe upgrade them to the g2's or pros.
