Hi just a quick one,on my gen 3 when i calibrate the fixture one of the cool whites won't light up also when i import a schedule the cool white that is off will work but only above lets say 45% intensity?
Any ideas?

Just to clarify, does the cool white work diode work normally and is only off during calibration? Also, have you contacted our customer service to troubleshoot the issue?

Hi Alex the diode does work when you import a schedule but only above 45% power,but is totally off during calibration.
Have not spoken to anyone from customer service.
