I have 3 radion pros ( gen 3)over a 180. Sps dominate tank. I currently have the fixture 18" off the water running at 55. Made the switch recently. Corals not happy. What is the recommended height and intensity for a 180? I wanted to stay at the current hieght (ease of maintenace). If at all possible

IMO the lights should about 12" above the water. I believe this is what Eco recommends with it's standard 80 deg VIR lens will give you approx 24"x24" spread.
I have (3) mounted at 12" on my tank running at 65% primary SPS. If spread is a issue then you can look into the 120deg lens. You will loose a little par but nothing drastically.
If you need to keep at that height then you may want to increase your % a little bit. Are you running the acclamation mode?

I have 4 (2-Gen2s 2-Gen2 Pros) 16.5" over a very mixed tank. I run them at max 80% . Everything is happy.
So I don't think height is your issue.
First question that came to my mind was How long have you had the lights?

My 2 cents.... I have an All Glass Aquarium (Aquenon) 155 gallon bow front. I have 6 radion pro (gen 3). That is how my corals are happy. When I had 3 I had the same issue. Mine are 9 inches off the water. I think my dimensions are 72 long, 26 high, 18-19 in the edges and I thing around 25 in the front of the bow. Original lenses. I tried the 120's and my PAR went down considerably so I went down again to the original lenses.. I run mine at 80% and I have a PAR meter to keep track with the output.

I have had my lights for just over a month in acclimation mode. They are currently peaking at 52% using the radiant color look

Wow that is a lot of lights. What are your par readings at the sand bed and the water line?

Something I can strive for....
