Radium 250w halide question

is anyone running radiums on a 250w ballast thats not a pulse start? and if so for how long now and what ballast?

I am running mine on a Galaxy ballast. Granted I have only been running them for 3 weeks now, but so far so good. And I know that a lot of reefers use the Galaxy ballast with them.

that particular one says it can run a hqi, so that lets me know its a pulse start type not a probe type ballast. im still stuck with the probe type ballast

It is an M58, which is probe start, not pulse.
