drilled for 25 bucks go for it --imo good deal with the internal oveflow

u mad at me?

Not sure of the prices there but here (Fort Lauderdale) 300-350 is standard.......go for the corner overflow, make sure you get the proper bulkheads and a megaflow kit......

How are you going to do you plumbing? Basically is this just goung to be a temp setup till you get back or are you going to try to get all plumbing etc done before you leave?

just a tep set till I get back. I would love to make this a long term thing, just not right now. Later, when I can do it right. I need a lot!!! ;)

mmmmmmmm

well you can do the bare minimum.... a return pump, hoses bulkheads, and megaflow kit.....and a 20-25 gallon breeder for temp sump. no need for skimmer.....just need something to keep water flowing.....

Good night for now. I LOVE RC!!!! I have great pics for tomorrow, I will update ASAP. The clown gobys are fantastic. I am shopping tomorrow for the tank, and hope to have improving fish in the am. Love to the "club" Rae

where in florida are you going?

OK one more (or two or three) St Pete Beach. How far are we? We have a place, we go every July. LOVE IT!!!! BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I will live there some day. As for flow, I've got it!!! I have that covered at least!

You know what...one of my LFS JUST had a sale. A buck a gallon up to 100 gallons and 2 bucks a gallon over that. They were all just tanks with black trim and not drilled, but for 400 buck you could have gotten a 180 and had someone drill it for you and put in a couple mega flows for about the same price....bummer. Sigh that being said I think that 350 for a drilled 120 is ok, but just my two cents.

I am familiar with north florida central and of course south florida where I live.......west coast well Busch Gardens, Rockin Reef and the beautiful beaches that I take my lovely wife to for weekend getaways......anyway....you can check here for LFS's in that area...

and this is the website to Rockin Reef

http://rockinreef.com/

I know there are more but not sure of locations.....I do know that they dont have as many as we do.....probably 20 reef stores in a 25 mile radius...

Thanks Tim.....darn.......I should have visited Chicago this week! :) From earlier.......did you use my Wowza? I love it!

Tim dont forget tempered glass on the bottom.....doesnt take well to drilling....drilling the sides would have worked well though.....

True enough about the tempering, but that overflow system tswifty is using looks very interesting, drilled high and on the back pane ???bean overflow i think? :)

Actually woosa is from "Bad Boys 2", sigh... I am a facilitator (basically a trainer) and a lot of my participants get a kick out of it when I do that. They stress a bit and that normally breaks the tension and all of a sudden everything starts to makes sense.

Thanks for the site. We dove last year and had a ball, lots of Rays. I woudl love to see the big stuff.....well...the rays gave me the hebs. There were a lot of them.
