If you're talking about a Dragon wrassse, IMO they are a 'pita', constantly moving and overturning rocks and corals, in their quest to hunt down food.
 
Yes, the Reindoor Wrasse, Novaculichthys taeniourus. AKA Dragon Wrasse, AKA Rockmover Wrasse. Pay attention to the last one, as that is what they will do in a Reef Tank. They are not reef compatible IMO.
 
Highly aggressive, highly active, highly predatory. Shrimp, crabs, snails, smaller, less belligerent fish would be screwed, and as others stated, these guys will rip a reef tank apart in search of food. Not to mention, it's really only the juveniles that look cool and call so much attention to this species :facepalm:
