Raising and lowering lights

I have an 8 foot long canopy going over the top of my tank with 4 Radion pros being mounted on rails. I would like to try and mount them at the recommended 8 inch height above the water level. The problem is when I want to get into the tank, the lights are in the way.

Has anyone here seen a way to mount some type of electric pulley system so that I can raise and lower my mounts?

look at reef in the skys, build. hes got an electric light lifter. I've got one on mine. I can send you a video of it . it works really great, worth the effort. let me know

Did this with an electric linear actuator and a few pulleys that were mounted in the attic, remote controlled. It also could be ceiling hung in a box with a little ingenuity.
