The easiest way is to feed them rotifers. They have to be in a dedicated tank. They won't survive in the display with the parents. Roti-feast is food for rotifers, correct? Tigger pods are too big.
One very experienced breeder was able to raise some in a dedicated tank on BBS and OtohimeA, but I would not try it as a beginner. Success is unlikely.

I don't know if they will eat dead rots. I've only tried live ones. A school of thought says that they need live food to start feeding. They may not be interested in, or chase down dead food.
I don't think it will work, but there is no reason not to try it if you are sure you are not interested in the joys of culturing rotifers! It's not really that hard once you get the hang of it.
