Raising ph from 8.0-8.2?

Hello there. My saltwater i make after a few days is 8.4. I recently purchased 41lbs of live rock and placed it in my water change aged saltwater tank with a powerhead spongefilter and heater. After a couple of days i tested and the water was 8.0. I want to pick up my reef lobster today and use this as a holding area for a couple days. My question is how can i bump up the ph to 8.2 or 8.3 so i dont have to worry about burning his gills?

pH 8.0 won't hurt a lobster at all, so don't worry about it.

That said, if you really feel you need to boost pH, limewater and more fresh air are usually the best options.
