Randall's Goby

I have a Randall's Goby in quarantine, where he has another couple of weeks before he gets sprung out of jail. I plan to buy a Pistol Shrimp when the Goby is ready for transfer. Should I put them in the Display at the same time or introduce one or the other first? Does it even make any difference and I'm over-thinking stuff again?

There is a good chance that they will [eventually] pair regardless, but your best bet is to add them simultaneously.

Though if you do add the goby first, they still will pair up. In my bf's tank, we had a yellow watchman goby already in there. When we added the pistol shrimp, we made sure to put it right near his main hole, and as soon as he saw the shrimp (maybe took a minute), he scooted right over to him and they've been paired ever since. Love the goby/pistol shrimp combo!!! :thumbsup:
