Well.......?? hahah :)

I got it!
How about Mint Chocolate Chip?? It is summer time after all!
Now..... How can I get a frag of that bad boy? :D
Well its got deep red polyps and a green and blue base.....I dont think mint chocolate does it justice. Besides chocolate is brown....yuck. ;)

I want to say tiger strip acro (something about the shape of the coralites) or rasberry something.

Has anyone seen one like this before? Or even the same species?

I like it! :) haha. But Im still feeling it needs something extra. How about Ultimate LE Striped Raspberry Tiger Acropora? It just rolls off the tonge doesn't it?

i had a small colony of something smilar but lost it in my tank crash :furious:
here is a pic of it, cant tell from the pic but the polops were red/moroon
That does look like the same coral to me....just a little lighter. I believe mine came from Australia....

um...maybe cause anyone who has seen it agrees. Now I don't have many color descriptions in my vocab but if you want I can call it maroon color'd polyps.....better?

Im not sure what color you think they are......but they are a far cry from brown.

So we are in agreement. :)

Umm, leave out striped, calling it "tiger" already implies it has stripes. So how about "Western Corals, LE Raspberry Tiger Acro"? Of course for short it would just be "Raspberry Tiger".

Hey whatever "floats your boat"!

Maybe it's the way the camera and the way the pic turned out.

My pics of my corals don't look like they do in the tank either.

Either way...... Sweet coral!

As for me, I have a frag of red dragon coming in!

Ya I have the red dragon and these poylps are more red than the red dragon is....go figure. Although maybe to you the red dragon is actually red. IDK

Can some more people please chime in here cause I think Im going crazy.... Do the polyps look more red/maroon or brown? If everybody says brown than the discussion will be over and I can go get my eyes checked.
