Yep......2nd pics are definatelly majano!

Yup.....looks like Majanos Anemone's to me as well....

Sorta funny that a LFS is actually selling those to the public.

What kind of lighting do you have on your tank? Your mushroom looks like a red discosoma and the majanos should be killed quickly. I had a one a few years back and didn't think too much of it because they stayed close to one another. Then one day they all started moving. The best part about these species are that they like to find your corals and integrate themselves in them eventually boring a hole in whatever you hold in regards. I hope you do the right thing.

Well, all be! Someone from my area actually made a post! It seems strange to me that so very few people from Houston, or even Texas for that matter, post on Reef Central. Rarely, do I see any.

What's really strange, is the fact that I know MANY MANY people keep reef tanks in this area, especially Houston.

By the way, I wondered the same thing about those anenomes when I saw them in City Pets. Donnie(owner's son) told me they were pests and I didn't want them. I asked the same exact question and got the same exact answer.

I have a few different colors of them. Seen them at a LFS and bought every one they had because I have never seen them before.

that sucks...how much did they take you for?
