rasberry millepora

I have a 4 month old rasberry millepora frag and its growing well, question is why does all the branches have white tips? it looks bleeched but the rest is doing great and the polyps are always extended day and night, i have seen other rasberry millepora and they too have white tips..this is normal correct?

white tips are the newest and fastest growing parts of the corals, they are good to have.

Yep, I second twon8...new growth. I have a raspberry milli with blue tips. I just love the colors of millis . One of my favorite corals.

i think we probably have the same coral, the white tips can be seen behind the chromis
