I recently bought a 110g tank and this is the lights that came with it. Are these ok or I need to look to something else? I plan to have a few fish, and some soft corals at this time.

Those are what's known as a "black box". Many people have great results with them and they definitely grow coral. They have limited control (no dusk dawn or running program throughout the day) but they work fine if you don't care about that stuff. You would probably need 2 to 3 for a 110 gallon depending on what you plan to keep.

As Sean stated, you should be fine with those. They're on the cheaper end of the scale for reef lighting but will provide enough for most soft corals. As for the brand (Phlizon), I use their grow lights for my pepper seedlings and they've worked great for years.

What they said above. Will grow coral just fine but lack a lot of controllability that higher end lights come with.
