Yep, the trigger, angel, and puffer will definitely nip at them and ultimately kill the rays. The tangs and clown would be okay if you had enough open space for the rays.

THESE ARE NOT GOING TO GROW TO 5 INCHES... the Rays you are looking @ in the picture are eather Cortez Rays or California Coast Rays... BOTH grow to OVER 2 FEET in "WIDTH" even longer in length... seller has no idea what he has on his hands... you will need a tank over 200 gallons (which you have) with plenty of open sand...

they are VERY ACTIVE feeders that love SHRIMP and SQUID... mine goes NUTS when 1 drop of shrimp juice hits the water.... very good at locating food... even eats from my hand and wont leave me alone anytime my hand hits the water... very fun fish... best i ever had IMO toss the trigger and puffer... you will LOVE that ray. serious
