Razor led acclimation?

I will be receiving my Haddoni on friday. I have a pair of 160watt razor leds on the tank, 48l 30w 20d with a 3inch sand bed, so is really only 17deep.
The power is adj, so at what % would you start out at and how much would you increase it by each day/week.

Nem is currently under 250watt halide in 24inch tank.
