Can I keep a Rose Bulb Anemone under 2 65w 10,000k and 2 65w Atinics
Also how big can they get because I would like to put one in a 55 gallon.
What Clownfish could I keep with it?

IMO yes you can keep a bubble anemone under those lights. I work at the Aquarium of the Pacific and the largest ones in the collection are easily 24 inches in diameter. What clownfish do you have in mind. Many clownfish adopt to BTA even though they may not be their natural host.

I was thinking probely an ocellaris clown. That Anemone Sounds Like it can grow really big, can I go with a purple tentacled condy anemone instead or anyother type of anemone with color in its tentacles (How Big do condy Anemones get and do they move around a lot, can they stand that type of lighting?)

IDK but I think the anemone would be happier under about 4 watts per gallon. You could just add 2 more lights to the tank 65 each and get 260 watts. That would put you almost at 4.8 watts per gallon!

I already have 260 watts of lights. (2) 10,000k and (2) Atinics all at 65 watts giving me 260 watts.

Can I do a Condy Anemone and an orcellaris Clown?

condys aren't natural hosts to any type of clown, so it probably wouldn't work. Most bubble tips don't get to 24 inches, mine split at about 10.

How Big do Rose Bulb Tip Anemones get? Do they move Around a lot?

Are there any other hosting anemones that are rather colorful with their tentacles?

my Rose does move around a bit. i got it when it was 4" and not it is about 7 or so realy stretched out. i have had a Maroon host in it and now i have a pair of Picasso's currently living in it now.
most clowns will host in a RBTA even though its not its natural host. it will take some time, or an accidental meeting for the RBTA to host clowns.

How big do the Sebaes get and do they move around alot? How about the Haitian Reef Anemone are the a good host, do they move around a lot and how big do they get?
Thanks

for the lights that you have, i would NOT recommend a sebae anemone--they will require a lot more light than BTAs. also, since they're sand dwelling anemones, they're logically gonna be put at the bottom, which will receive the least light.

since you seem like you're going to stick w/your lighting, I'd definitely go with the BTA--just make sure that you place him high up on the rocks so that he'll get the most light (although usually he'll just end up walking whereever he feels like)
