RBT anemone issues

Hello yesterday July/8/15 i purchased my first RBT anemone, i took my time acclimating it and gently placed it where i wanted to have it, and it does not want to stick onto anything it was just letting the tank current just blow it around it wont actually hold onto anything i dont know if this is common as well all my levels are where they should be, let me know your diagnosis of the little water bags issue

How long has your tank been set up, and what are your parameter readings?

Same questions as lifeoffaith but to add you need to turn off the pumps.

turn off the flow on the tank until it has a strong footing but be advised your not going to get to just put it where you want it like a piece of coral. its going to move to where its happy.
what type of lighting do you have,
what size tank and how long have you had the tank.
what are the inhabitants out of curiosity.
