RBTA and brown stuff

So I've had a rbta for a month and it was doing really good. I feed it every other day, but recently i noticed it spat out something brown. And lost some color, it still expands when there is light. Recently there was a influx in salinity, due to faulty salt reader, not sure if thats messing with it. So I mixed more salt water and added it back in and than adjusted it from there.

If it expelled waste and lost color it could have been expelling zooxanthellae. If choosing to feed it every other day might be a bit much. Twice a week should be plenty as they dont need feed in the first place but is more personal choice. They will also shrivel up, poop, and look like near death but its normal so dont be alarmed.
