RBTA dying... looking for suggestions

So I recently boght a RBTA. It's been in my tank for a about 4 months.

I have a 120G tank. It is a mix of corals (some SPS) and a clam. I have 5 fish (yellow tank, small blue tang, 2 clown fish, and royal gramma). Tank has been up since around nov-dec of last year.

I'm running a 6 buld ATI Sunpower module.

Amm/trite/trates are normal.

Calc/Alk/MG is maintained by an ATO with kalk. and is 440/9/1300. I run GFO and Carbon changed out every 3-4 weeks.

For the first two months in the tank it did very well. No color loss, stayed in the same spot. It would retract when the lights went off but whould extend back into the light the next morning. Fed it once a week with some mysis or squid. After about the 2 month mark I put in some new bulbs, but dialed back the photo period for my lights a little bit by an hour or so. I was battling a little bit of algea (likely due to the older bulbs).

After the 3rd month I noticed some color loss. I never noticed him shrinking, hiding, or expelling zoo tho. I attributed this to dialing back the photo period. Since my little algea problem went away I decided to put my photo period back to where it was orignally.

Well this last month just hasnt been good for him. About 2.5 weeks ago he started to not look so hot. He wasn't expelling zoo, but he was not coming out as much. This last week has gotten worse. I added some corals from a guy getting out of the business. I slightly altered a rock next to the rock he's attached to. Maybe rotated it a half inch, if that. He's been very unhappy since He's started expelling zoo. He balls up quite a bit. On occasion his mouth will be hanging wide open (usually after expelling zoo). He will bubble up but not for very long it seems. I'm unaware of if he tenticles are still sticky because I have not tried to feed him. I didn't want to stress him out more.

Parameters have remained stable. He still hasnt budged from his spot. If he was unhappy you would think he'd try and improve his situation.

Any suggestions on anything I could try?

try putting screen over the spot where he is.. Multiple layers to reduce the light, see if that helps.. it sounds like something else may be bothering him as well.. ive never had a BTA's mouth gape due to too much light (not saying its not possible ) , usually only had em hide..

but could always try the screen trick over his general location.. and remove a layer each week.. see if that helps..

I've thought of that. The only thing that made me question doing that is that he's was under the new bulbs about 6 weeks and was out normal.

It only started about 2 weeks ago. That would seem like quite a delayed light shock. I woudlnt even say he's hiding from the light. He's just not inflating as much and when he does it isnt as full as it used to be.

I think I'm running out of options at this point so I'll try anything.

Mine had done that... Seems like light might have stressed it a bit and its dealing with it bad. I would feed it brine shrimp or mysis or a small silver size soaked in amino's. Change up the flow a little bit around him as well. I find the cure for fish health is straight up gorging them. I feed my fish 3 times a day. Till their tummies are nice and full and they are round and fat.

I fed him some Mysis today. He accepted it and it seems as though his tentacles are still sticky.

Is every other day with a little bit of mysis ok for him then? I dont want to over feed him.
