So I fed my RBTA's a few days ago and two of my smaller ones have got this large white bubble coming out of their mouth. I fed them silversides which I only feed once a month or so. I have 13 RBTA's total so I am very careful with maintaining the tank. The silversides are pretty small and these two particular anemones are so small I made sure I only gave them 1 silverside each.
Does anybody have any idea what may have caused this? It has to have something to do with the feeding but I don't understand why it appears they have spit part of their gut out. :headwally: I took the attached picture in the early morning before they started opening up. The tank is very stable and has been set up for over 2 years now, I started putting the nems into the tank a year ago.
Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
