Hey everyone. So, I started a tank, cycled it, and waited to start adding livestock until it was fairly established. The first things I added were just some coral, Then a shrimp and couple snails, eventually I got a pair of mocha clownfish. Everything in the tank has been doing great. I waited the suggested 6 months before getting my RBTA. I have had it for about a week now and my clowns are hosting in it already. It seemed great amd has behaved normal for BTA's atleast as far as I understand. Open nice and wide during the day, closes at night, doesnt stretch for the top of the tank. It has even eaten a piece of silverside for me (about 4 days ago). The water parameters are fine. 0 ammonia and nitrites, the nitrates stay very steady around 5ppm. Today about half way through the day my BTA decided to close up. It isnt deflated just closed. It stayed this way for the remainder of the day. Any idea what it may be doing? Is this normal? and should I be worried? Im putting a pic up with this post hopefully it can help diagnose the issue, if there is one.. Thank you in advance to anyone who decides to chime in. Also my clown still tries to get in even though its closed up. Tank temp is 78 and sorry for the blue light, its late and it closed up well before the lights went off. IMG_0200.jpg

Hard to say for sure just going by pic/comment, but I will say I hate silversides since I have had issues w/ them and nems.
Is that nem 3-4x the size of your clowns?
Hopefully or they could be going rough on it.

I guess that could be it. I would say its about 2x the size of the clowns. Maybe ill try to quarantine it from the clowns tomorrow, if its the same and see if it improves then.

Place a strawberry basket or something similar to block clowns, see what happens.
I prefer to feed mysis, shrimp, scallop to my nems
