RBTA placement

I am getting a split from a buddy later this week. He is under 2 250w MH's near the top currently on a 24" tall tank

Do these usually wander to a higher spot in the tank & into moderate flow?

I have a 24" deep tank with 250w MH's & 2 T-5's. If i put him near the bottom will he probably wander up to the top of the rockwork most likely.

I have a decent spot in the middle of the tank on a small island of it's own that I could place him up pretty high.

I have SPS frga mostly thus far, some LPS & zoo's & acans as well.

You can try and place it on the island but just remember the are known for traveling all around and once it finds a spot it will settle in . Just keep a close eye
