RBTA Quarantine

I'm trying to minimize any transfer of tank water with a new RBTA (to avoid fish parasite hitchikers). I have read that anenomes don't do well in QT long term due to insufficient lighting and flow. So in the past, I skipped QT, but after drip acclimating with DT water, I rinsed/dipped it in 2 separate buckets of tank water before adding to the DT. I'm thinking this time, I would like to put it into a 10g QT seeded with a sponge filter from my DT for a few days to a week to further rinse/dilute out any potential fish parasite hitchikers. This will also allow the RBTA time to expel whatever original tank water was in it. I will have an AI Prime over the 10g QT and a powerhead. After QT, I would then still do the 2 bucket dip before adding to the DT. My DT uses a BML 20k VHO LED, not AI, so not sure how closely they match. Will this stress the RBTA in terms of adjusting to the light and flow (first have to adjust to QT, then DT)? Or is it a short enough time that it would be negligible?
