I have a rainbow bubble tip and he's starting to get bleached. what does being bleached mean? Is it from To much light? How can I fix it?. And another thing is he moves close to my filter intake should I be worried?

How long have you had him? Any changes recently made (ie: new lights, new fish/corals) to the tank? I wouldn't worry at all about his location in the tank.

I added 2 small green metallic mushrooms last night
