Hello Reefcentral,
For about two years I have owned a rose bta. It has grown to about 16 inches in diameter when fully open. Two days ago I noticed it was deflated for an entire day which never happens. Then last night I noticed I now had two anemones.
I had some cyano, so I treated with some red slime remover 3 days prior. I have done this many times before with no reaction by any of the live stock. Do you think this had something to do with the split? Params are relatively normal, phosphates a little high from feeding a bit heavy but nothing off the charts. This BTA has been through some serious water issues in the past, things have been pretty good the last 12 months.
