Last night i came home and found it had split. One half (old one) is still fully inflated-for lack of a better word. The new piece looks flat and stringy. Today when the lights came on, the old one is on top of the new piece and the new piece still looks stringy. Should I try and move it or leave it alone for another day or two?

yea but if it's doing it by itself why bother?

let it heal on it's own. Tampering with it will only cause problems
