rbta with no Bubble

When I bought the rbta from a fellow reefer it was not showing bubbles, when I got it home it was but for the last two weeks or so the only time I see bubbles at the tip of the tentacles is early in the morning when I get up and the nem is not fully extended.

This is my first new and so I don't know if this is normal or not. She is in a 55 gallon tank with two false percs hosting. It eats well (I cut up shrimp and scallops and feed it with a turkey baster every other day). My water parameters are good and the temp stays right about 78 deg.

Thanks

Sounds like you're on the right track to me. Both of ours(one green & a red)showed bubbles when we bought them but now they rarely get them. We've had the green for over a year and got the red about 3 months ago.

The truth is know one knows why they get "bubbles"....it could be stress, lack of food, to much food, lighting, maturity,ect....any number of things. As long as your tank #'s look good and its eating I wouldnt worry to much.:)
