RBTA with or without pair of Perculas

I have a RBTA that is about 6"-8" across the tentacles when expanded. My percula clowns host this. I am going to be shutting the tank down soon and need to clear out the tank.
The 2 True Perculas haven't spawned but hang out together without any issues.
