Looking for flights now. Does anyone know if you book the hotel now do they charge you now or when we get there? We want to stay at the Marriot.
Normally they used your CC to reserve the room and payment is made upon check out. If things have changed, I stand corrected. Give them a call as I'm sure they have a toll free number.

That's great, you two will love it. Bring a nice size note pad as well, so much info goes out quickly. I ususlly take my mini recorder or purchase the presentations on tape afterwards on line if they are offered. Have fun, might see you guys there.
