Re Aquascaping

So I kind of messed up some of my rockwork trying to "fix" the way a few of them were looking. In this process I jacked up the way I had everything balanced. Basically I just want to re aquascape the whole thing now and start from scratch. The tank has been up and running for almost 5 months now. I have corals as well as a few fish and CUC in there. Is rearranging all of this going to seriously affect the corals or other life that I have in the tank? I was just thinking about the fact of stirring things up as well as messing with their homes.

Should not be a problem AFAIK, just watch the light levels of the corals are OK in their new spots and try not to disturb the sand bed too much.
