RE-Stocking my 180....

Had a mini disaster with my tank, had to drain it all, and prior to that, lost two fish and have no idea why.

What I did have:

Blue Tang
Yellow Tang
Naso Tang (five years)
Maroon Clown
Mandarin (three years)
Melanarus Wrasse
Blue Jaw Trigger
Magnificent Foxface

After the issues, I lost my Naso, (very sad about that, fav fish) my bluejaw, my yellow tang, and my mandarin. Not sure if my melanarus did too much of a number on the pod population, but considering I had the mandarin 3 years, wasn't too bummed about it.

Current:

Blue Tang
Maroon
Mag Fox Face
Melanarus wrasse

My tank feels empty! I do like Tangs, and think I'll get a Naso once again. Maybe a Powder Blue, but that'll be the last fish I introduce.

Mandarin will go again once my system is more established with pods, may take some time.

So, what else? Just looking for some suggestions! (or, some experienced words of caution with the fish I may be looking to put in there)

Maybe its just me but I think a naso is way too much fish for a 180 long term. I would do a powder blue before I would do a naso and I think some anthias would look great with those fish.

What kind of disaster did you experience and what were the circumstances of losing the other fish.

You know, you're probably right. I love Naso's, and they're just too big. 300 gallon maybe?

I had a leak in my overflow box and bulkhead. Had to drain and rip out everything to fix it. Was quite the pain. The Naso and Trigger deaths were before this, and the Naso was really a head scratcher. Fat, healthy, ripped through his seaweed the day before.
