Hey guys, have a question for ya. I have a 75 gal reef which I let it evaporate with out a top off for the last 3 days or so and it went down about an inch or 2 from where i keep it. There was alot of micro bubbles but the water was still clear. I did a 12 gal water change today and have waited about 4 hours and the water looks aweful very cloudy. (white cloudiness) Do yall think it is just substrate or micro bubbles or what? When should I be concerned(well more so i already am lol) And if it is micro bubbles anyway of keeping them at bay? I have all filter outputs and powerhead completely submerged. Ammonia-0 Nitrites -0 Nitrates -5 before water change. Thanks for any help!

I dnt think so but if it is micro bubbles how long do you think it will last and also what can I do to prevent them in the future?

It had microbubbles but was clear, but now after a water change it's a white cloudy ?

Sounds to me like your salt mix wasn't completely dissolved. If salt mix gets too humid it sometimes won't completely dissolve. Wipe the side of your saltwater container with your finger. If there's a white residue that's your problem. If so, the precipitate settles out in a day.

ok thanks tht may be it Ill check my bucket. I mixed up the water last night so I thought it would be ok but Ill check it and see. =}
