receding plate

I posted this in new to hobby with no answers. I hope some here can help about 3 -4 days ago my plate started acting funny not opening all the way then yesterday i noticed it receding is there any thing that can be done prams sl 1.025 cal 440 kh 169.9 ph 8.3 temp 78.8 0 phosph, 0 nitrate heres a pic. (it was on the sand bed but the lfs rec. raising it to see if that would help)

heliofungias are notoriously difficult.
Check for brown Jelly disease, looks like there could be some in there..

IME, when LT plate does this, they hardly ever come back. Unfortunately I cant offer any other help than keep that ALk and params stable...and keep flow on it. oh- dont move it around either..

Check into treatment for brown jelly. If it does die, keep the plate in there. Soem fungia will produce baby plates on what looks to be dead. I don't know if the helio do, but it is worth a try. Also, ditto mini in that helio have a bad reputation for being hard to keep.
