Receipt for Homemade Fish & Reef food

Does anyone know a better receipt for feedig fish & Coral than what I found in "Marine Aquarist ??

4 OZ shrimp
2 OZ clams, mussels, or oysters
2 OZ fresh or frozen sea weed (or if necessary spinach)
1 packet of gelatin dissolved in warm water
1 OZ multivitamin (for Aquarium)

Chop all in a blender to the size of your fish needs

Freeze in large peice or small cubes.

I haven't tried this but hope to do so in the next week or so. The frozen food I have been buying is expensive and I doubt as good as the above receipt.

I would appreciate any feed back.

I double checked--it's right. If you do a search you will find it. That's how I did it. It's very involved but I started using it in my 80 g--they love it.
