Received Zoas shipped Saturday

I received 5 frags on Saturday afternoon in NYC. Through the tracking I can see they left Florida on Wednesday night.

Two of the frags opened right up, I used revive as a dip after temp acclimation.

The other three absolutely nothing at all. I know they were in the bag for a while, should I iodine dip?

How would I tell if they are dead? Polyps are still very visible. Is there anything I should look for as a sign of stress?

Parameters are all good and I do run a skimmer. All my other Zoas are open and very happy.

I would let them settle in I think the recurring removal for dipping will just stress them further

Going away for a few days, so I will just leave them be.

put them in bottom of tank on sand bed, good indirect flow. let them slowly acclimate to your tank environment and lighting. Don't bug em, they'll open in no time. Usually too when I add new coral, I put attinics only during that day.
