Recommend me a point and shoot camera please!

The only camera's in that price range would be at best frustrating when trying to take pictures of a reef aquarium - particularly of fish! You have limited or no control of ISO, speed and aperture. P&S camera's typically have very tiny sensors which means high noise. Personally, I would keep saving and get an entry level DSLR (ex. $400 Nikon D40 at Amazon or used D60 for $450 at B&H Photo).

If you are after a P&S only, then I would look at some used or older Canon models. Being a Nikon shooter, with DSLRs and P & Ss in the past, I can tell you that I have found Canon models to be far superior. I personally like the Powershot SD--- IS series for general photography, and even on the cloudy setting you can get some decent colors out of your reef tank photos. Your general answer here will be similar to above, save up and get a low end DSLR or the Canon G10, and I would agree with them. But, if $200 is the max you can spend then you have my opinion, you could look at one of those Canon models in the 6 - 8 megapixel range.
i know the sensor is still small,but i love my canon a590 is.it has auto settings,tv,av,manual focus.you can set white balance of use their presets.you have control of iso and even exposure compensation.i am not very camera savy but have been able to get what i would consider decent pics for under $200.i know they dont compare to dslr or even someone with skills and my cam,but here are a couple of examples.
