I do not have any pictures so bare with me at the moment. I have been keepig SPS for over 2 years and upgraded to my current 210 with a basement sump. Sump ran dry in basemen due to skimmer going crazy and I will leave the rest to your imagination. My question is some of my SPS had som brownish greensih tint to them and others were bone white skeleton. The ones that were bone white are dried out and will go into my calcium reactor. As for the ones that retained some color, I have had them in the DT in fairly good parameters sine the mishap and they are showing a lot of green from the base and slowly spreadng green from the base up. I pulled the coral from the tank and gently scrubbed them with a toothbrush to make sure it wasn't algaes or anything organic. Is this normal or is it a lost cause?
The corals are: ORA Red Planet, Starry Night, BLue Tort (pretty sad considering all the SPS I once had.
