Red algea solution...flow ?

For whatever its worth, I bought four small conch snails and they ate up all of my red algea.

I still think having more flow would help the situation. I already upgraded the 250 to a 350.

I tried adding the old 250 to the upper corner of the tank, but it made a huge sand storm.

Any ideas for a pump for inside the BC that would add some extra flow that isn't so powerful?

What type of red algae? Hair, bubble, cyano? Flow could be one reason, water quality another. :)

As far as flow, I'm putting a Tunze Nanostream 6025 in my 26g bowfront, and have heard nothing but positive about this pump.
