red and white banded sea star id

I have a bunch of these little guys in rocks waving their tentacles around for food. Are they serpent stars, brittle stars, micro brittle? I have seen some similar pictures online but they have little info on them. Fuzzy tentacle none greater than 2 or 3 inches across.

Micro brittles, I'd say, though I haven't seen red and white ones. Harmless gunk eaters.
