Red and white stripped worm.

I got a rock with some new zoas on it, and it has some worms, they look like a strand of spider web, the body is red and clear or white, alternating stripes. The thing stretches out over 3 or four inches and is very skinny. I have a few of them on this rock and am wondering if any one has any ideas.
A pick is out, their so small I dont think it would show.
If know one has any ideas I may try tho.

Ps they are not bristle worms, I'm sure.

It sounds like they could be a type of spaghetti worm. I have them yellow with black bands on the tentacles, they dont seem to bother anything but they do annoy me.
