Red Blasto's failing in my tank - Ideas?

So I had a piece of rock with about 3 good sized blastos on it and 5 total. I am now down to 2 and maybe 3 total. My lps usually does fine in my tank without spot feeding. I have two different euphyllia that have quadrupled in size, a bubble coral that is the size of a football and a candy cane that started as 12 heads and is now 50 and the size of a softball.

I recently added an aussie acan and these blastos. My lighting is a little goofy for the moment but it is basically 4x54 t5 (regular output but the IC reflectors). The acan started to recede so I began spot feeding it, I have tried the same with the blasto but it isn't working as well as I would like. The blasto sits on the sand to the front and middle of my tank. Flow for the 75g tank is provided by 2 6045 nano streams and the Eheim 1250 return (which is not very much at all).

I have even tried giving it an "alone cone" which is basically the top half of a water bottle cut down so I can cover the coral and keep the snails/shrimp away from its dinner. The cap would be off and I can shoot mysis and other coral food into the neck and leave it on overnight. This worked miracles with the candy cane when it was having difficulties in my tank but has now reached some kind of critical mass where it is huge and happy.

Any ideas? Thanks for looking.
