red brittle exit solution!!

I dont have too much experience with these little fellas. I had to re-mount an piece of acan and several blastos that I had in my sand bed and noticed bunched of these guys on the bottom of the frag plugs. A littel more research and there are some in my cheato in my sump and in my sand bed in my sump. Not sure if I should be too alarmed with this. Once of you experts may know. Btw I have tons of Amphipods in my sump if someone needs some,

Thanks. I had concluded they were not too harmful as I am sure they have been in there for quite some time and I have not lost any corals etc. But I tend to get lazy and hadnt really noticed them till recently.
