Red bubble algae eating fish?

I would say that any fish from the Rabbitfish family would tear up some algae.

I had a scribbled rabbitfish that kept my 150 looking good.
 
Your best bet is the rabbitfish - the one spot and foxface are pretty much the same fish. If you want something prettier go with a scribbled (one of my favorite fish) or a magnificent - I see you have a 300 to upgrade them to if needs be - go with the scribbled :)
 
Then simply reach in and carefully remove the bubbles without popping them. If you only have a few, there's no real concern.
 
They are on a colony that has spread to the base rock in a tank that THe bottom is pretty hard to reach or I would have already snatched them off
