Red Bugs on Macroalgae????

So i noticed tiny bright red specs moving fast and smooth all over my caulerpa and chaeto in my refugium...theyre not flatworms and theyre not the acro eating kind because i dont have acros...they dont look like tigerpods...they simply look like super tiny lady bugs..circular in shape and uniform color. Not on glass or in display just in my refugium with the macro and mud..... Any ideas?

Red bugs do not move that fast. They are more yellow-orange with red dot on one end and they are very tiny to be seen with the naked eyes.

any idea what they might be, are there any other type of "RED BUGS" that are harmful?
