red bugs? please help

hi everyone. i know if i search rc i will find the answer but i dont have the time right now. i was looking at my sand bed very closely and saw some very small red dots on the glass moving around. i have never laid eyes on a picture of red bugs so i am asking for help. hopefully i am wrong but they are no bigger than a pen point and reddish maroon color. sorry i cannot give pics right now just borrowed my camera out for a couple of weeks.im not shure if i had it though that i could get any kind of a good pic they are so small. anyway if they are the bad guys they havent started in on any of my corals yet as far as i can tell.while im at it how would i get rid of them if it is them? any fish or shrimp eat them? any help would be very much appreciated. thanks

I too have small red bugs (pods) that gather of the front glass. I thought they were the bad oned at first, but they turned out to not be the Red Acro Bugs ... you find those on your Acro corals.

wow, glad i found this post!! i have those same little guys on my glass and i was convinced i had red bugs. some much for a mass murder of my pods and brittle stars.
