I would take out the smooth skin type acros, and dip them with interceptor, I had some on a few frags in the 10 and the interceptor dip at like a 50x dosage in a small container of water killed the bugs and I haven't seen any after that. I think interceptor is something everybody with acros should have, as red bugs are so common these days. The good thing is they are just about the "nicest" sps pest out there. they wont eat and kill the acros, just keep them from extending polpys and **** off the coral in general. I also spotted some at another club members tank and we took out the corals and did a TMPCC dip and I think 1 or 2 dips killed them all off.
TMPCC is tropic marin pro coral cure. It's available online and an easy to use iodine based dip, I think some LFS may also carry Seachem coral dip also and that may work, it may not kill them like Interceptor but seems to knock them off the coral and into the dip bucket.
