Red Dragon Bleached Suddenly

i have two Red Dragon frags that both bleached basically overnight. I purchased a Red Dragon frag about 4 weeks ago and when mounting it I broke off one of the small branches so I put that small branch on a plug and put the plug on a small frag rack and then I mounted the main frag on my live rock. My water conditions are stable at...

Sal - 1.025
Alk - 8.1-8.3
Cal - 440
Mg - 1250
Nitrate - 5-10
PO4 - .08

This tank is a Zeovit tank and has been up and running since late January. So on the frags, when I checked the tank yesterday morning I noticed that the large frag looked all white and then I looked at the smaller frag which is on the other side of the tank and it was only partially white and it actually looked like the pink skin was just peeling off. I am not aware of any issues. I did recently change from an ATI LED PM to an ATI all T5 fixture and then also I recently added 3 anthias and have been feeding them quite a bit and I do have some brown algae growing on my rocks. Not sure if any of that would affect the Red Dragon but all of my other corals look OK.

When I switched out the lights I tried to keep the lighting about the same but these were new bulbs and there are more bulbs in the new fixture as well so maybe that is it? But again, all of my other corals look OK.

Is peeling skin RTN or Bleaching?

So thanks for your thoughts.

Your zeovit system seems to have excessive nutrients compared to most who use that system. I have never ran there products but typically it happens because of a sudden change. Do you have other sps? We're they effected at all? Pictures could help.

Hi,
Since my tank is relatively new, I think it is normal for nutrient levels to start out high. I have been posting on the Zeovit forum and this is what I heard over there. And yes, I do have other SPS and they all seem to be OK. I do have another smooth skinned acro (bottlebrush I believe) that doesn't look great but I am not sure. Here is a FTS...

Thanks,
