I couldn't find that thread for some reason, so I'll just repost the pictures in a new one.

Any idea what this is called, other than the nickname in the title of this thread?

I got a small amount of this from a Austin reefer, and he told me it is non-invasive in his tank. It doesn't attach to anything, and adds some nice color.

It definitely looks like my Halymenia floresii. I would at least call it Halymenia, which is the genus for "dragon's tongue". Beautiful stuff. Doesnt seem to like super high light.. it'll flouresce orange as a stress indicator.
